Seller is not responsible for delayed or lost items. Please contact the USPS or UPS with the tracking number sent to you when your order was shipped. The shipping window given by the USPS for first class shipping in the USA is 1-7 days. All items are shipped from Texas, shipment time will depend on your distance from us.
Please be aware that although most international retail orders take 14 days to arrive, it may take up to 30 days via the postal service. Seller is not responsible for any additional customs charges by the buyer's country, so please be aware. Also note that you may NOT be able to track your order once it leaves the US. Seller is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Please contact your local post office or customs department.
All items are final sale. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
